Aplicativos mHealth como Ferramenta de Apoio aos Cuidados Pré e Pós-Operatórios em Saúde: uma Revisão Integrativa

Introdução: Os cuidados pré e pós-operatórios constituem etapas críticas do processo assistencial, influenciando diretamente os desfechos clínicos, a segurança do paciente e a ocorrência de complicações. A crescente incorporação de aplicativos móveis em saúde (mobile health – mHealth) tem ampliado as possibilidades de educação, monitoramento remoto e comunicação entre pacientes e profissionais de saúde. Objetivo: Analisar as evidências científicas disponíveis na literatura acerca do uso de aplicativos mHealth como ferramenta de apoio aos cuidados pré e pós-operatórios em saúde. Método: Revisão integrativa da literatura, conduzida nas bases PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science e LILACS, considerando artigos publicados entre 2020 e 2025. Foram incluídos estudos originais, ensaios clínicos, estudos observacionais e revisões que abordassem o uso de aplicativos mHealth no contexto perioperatório. Resultados: Foram incluídos 30 estudos, organizados em quatro categorias temáticas: educação em saúde e preparo pré-operatório; adesão e autocuidado no pós-operatório; monitoramento remoto e comunicação profissional-paciente; e usabilidade, desafios e limitações dos aplicativos mHealth. Os achados indicam melhora na adesão às orientações, maior engajamento do paciente e potencial redução de complicações, embora persistam limitações metodológicas. Conclusão: Os aplicativos mHealth configuram-se como ferramentas promissoras no suporte aos cuidados pré e pós-operatórios em saúde. Entretanto, são necessários estudos mais robustos e padronizados para consolidar sua efetividade clínica.
