Desenvolvimento de tecnologia educacional para orientar a realização da avaliação pré-anestésica por telemedicin

Resumo

Objetivo: Desenvolver uma tecnologia educacional, no formato de folder informativo, destinada à orientação de médicos anestesiologistas quanto à condução da avaliação pré-anestésica por telemedicina. Método: Estudo metodológico realizado em duas etapas. Na primeira, ocorreu o levantamento das evidências científicas por meio de revisão de escopo nas seguintes bases de dados: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online; Web of Science; Excerpta Medica dataBASE; SCOPUS;  Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature; e Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud. Para a análise na literatura cinzenta, utilizou-se o Google Scholar. Na segunda etapa, elaborou-se o folder com apoio de design gráfico e ilustração digital. Resultados: A revisão de escopo evidenciou que a telemedicina na avaliação pré-anestésica é segura, bem aceita e eficiente, reduzindo custos, deslocamentos e cancelamentos cirúrgicos. O folder foi estruturado em seis painéis e dez ilustrações exclusivas. O conteúdo inclui conceitos, critérios de elegibilidade, roteiro da consulta digital, inspeção por câmera e checklist final ético-documental. Conclusão: O folder consolida-se como uma tecnologia estratégica para a padronização e segurança da avaliação pré-anestésica por telemedicina, melhorando o cuidado perioperatório e mantendo a integridade ética e legal.
