Aplicativos mHealth para monitoramento clínico e segurança do paciente no pós-operatório: revisão integrativa da literatura

Resumo

Objetivo: Analisar as evidências científicas recentes sobre o uso de aplicativos mHealth voltados ao monitoramento clínico e à segurança do paciente no pós-operatório. Método: Revisão integrativa da literatura, conduzida segundo critérios metodológicos padronizados, com buscas nas bases PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science e SciELO, contemplando estudos publicados entre 2020 e 2025. Resultados: Foram incluídos 25 estudos, os quais evidenciaram redução de complicações pós-operatórias, melhor controle da dor, detecção precoce de eventos adversos, aumento da adesão terapêutica e diminuição das readmissões hospitalares. Conclusão: Os aplicativos mHealth configuram ferramentas eficazes para fortalecer a segurança do paciente no pós-operatório, com impacto positivo na qualidade assistencial e na continuidade do cuidado.
