Resumen

Objetivo: Relatar uma série de sete casos de Anomalia de Ebstein submetidos a tratamento cirúrgico troca de válvula tricúspide (correção de Anomalia De Ebstein) utilizando a Técnica do Cone, atendidos no serviço de cirurgia cardíaca do Hospital de Clínicas Gaspar Vianna (HCGV). Método: O estudo utilizou uma abordagem descritiva e retrospectiva, com análise quantitativa dos dados. Resultados: Os resultados indicaram uma melhoria significativa nas funções valvares e ventriculares, sugerindo que a Técnica do Cone oferece uma alternativa promissora para o tratamento dessa condição complexa. Conclusão: Este estudo contribui para o entendimento aprofundado da Anomalia de Ebstein, demonstrando que intervenções cirúrgicas apropriadas podem significativamente melhorar a qualidade de vida dos pacientes.
